Bio: Broker, Founder - Miguel Castro's leadership extends far beyond individual transactions. As both a real estate broker and active investor, he brings a unique, well-rounded perspective shaped by experience with boutique firms and large brokerages alike. This diverse background allows Miguel to navigate the market with a deep understanding of strategy, scale, and opportunity. Miguel works with a broad range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors growing their portfolios, and commercial property owners. His hands-on experience owning and managing multiple short-term rental properties further enhances his ability to deliver practical, investment-driven guidance rooted in real-world results. With a strong business foundation, Miguel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master Certification from Villanova University. Before transitioning into real estate in 2019, he built a successful career in IT contract negotiation, sharpening the analytical and negotiation skills that continue to benefit his clients today. A resident of the Dallas–Fort Worth area for more than 25 years, Miguel brings deep local knowledge and long-standing community ties. Outside of real estate, he enjoys competing in USTA 4.0 tennis leagues, taking annual ski trips, and spending quality time with his family.
